We offer a wide range of preventative, restorative, and urgent dental services for children and adults. Medicaid and most dental insurances are accepted. A sliding fee scale based on income is offered to all uninsured patients.

-Regular teeth cleanings for adults and children

-Deep teeth cleanings and treatment of gum disease

-Dental Sealants and Fluoride treatments

-Tooth Extraction

-Root Canals

-Crown/Bridges

-Composite fillings/restorations

-Dentures/Partials

-Nitrous Oxide Sedation (A safe and effective means of

managing pain and anxiety in dentistry).

-School-Based Oral Health Services (Performed during normal

school hours, our portable dental unit and team visit local

schools in Mitchell and Yancey County. Preventative dental

services including: exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants).

We do not provide: Orthodontics/Braces
