Welcome to Mountain Community Health Partnership
Mountain Community Health Partnership (MCHP) is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Mitchell and Yancey Counties. The Bakersville Health Center, Burnsville Health Center, Celo Health Center, and Spruce Pine Health Center provide exceptional medical care to our communities. The Bakersville Dental Center addresses dental needs of all ages. We are deeply rooted in our communities and strive to improve the quality of life for all residents. We are taking steps toward a healthier community and are accepting patients at all locations.
Mountain Community Health Partnership is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facility. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims for itself and its covered individuals.
