MCHP offers the services of a Medicare Counselor. The NC Department of Insurances' Seniors Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) certifies this counselor. We can assist you with new enrollments into Medicare and yearly open enrollment changes. We can address questions about Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Drug Plans, and Medicare Supplement Plans. This service is for everyone and is free of charge. You do not have to be an MCHP patient.
